Suzanne Breistol formed Florida Construction
Connection in 2003 now known as FLCC, Inc. which services
clients across the US and the islands for their employment
services needs. Prior to starting FLCC Suzanne spent seven
years with a national personnel agency where she started a
construction division for one of the local franchises.
Suzanne was the #1 recruiter in the national system while
there and she achieved that goal faster than anyone to date
in the history of the company. Suzanne had nine years'
experience prior to entering the construction personnel
business in construction related sales, design and project
management.
Suzanne has previously owned a small business. She
was the Chapter Consultant for an International Leads Club
for six years in Florida which involved sales, leadership
training and networking for small businesses.

board of directors for ten years. She helped form the
Associated Builders and Contractors Women's Council and
active in The
Associated General Contractors along with other select
industry events. Previously Suzanne was active for years on
both the Education and Youth Education committees for the
Construction Association of South Florida. With business

Career Placement Services for jobs in

We maintain a database of currently employed construction
industry professionals. We also meet with local candidates
in person to discuss their career goals, experience level,
salary history and to get to know them better. These people
know that confidentiality is of utmost importance to us and
that we don't call them unless we have a valid opportunity
to discuss with them. We check three to five references on
candidates prior to working with them. We like to see the
references of people the candidate has worked directly with
or directly for within the past five years. Due to our
active involvement in the local construction community this
allows us to get information on candidates we may not as
easily get or be able to confirm.
Upon a pending offer and acceptance, FLCC offers our clients
any type of testing they would like to have done including
