Preconstruction Management - The Foundation to a Successful Project
Suzanne Bristol Hello Industry Friends! We hope you had a great 4th of July and are having a fun summer. Preconstruction and Estimating are commonly used as crossover titles in the Construction Industry. Just as a Chief Estimator title is often given to the sole estimator in a department regardless of qualifications, responsibility or experience. What should an estimator be able to do? What tools do they need to do their job? What differentiates one estimator from another and makes one right for your company? Are you doing design build, design assist, competitive bid or negotiated projects? In this edition of the newsletter we shed some light on how to find, lead and develop the winning estimating and preconstruction team for your construction or real estate development company. Always here to help you with finding the right match for your team! We look forward to hearing from you.
